Please have the following items ready to go. You cannot save your progress, so make sure you have everything on hand:

  1. Contact Info: Name, Email, Phone, and Home State.

  2. Act Name: Your name or your Band’s name.

  3. The Video Link: A link to a YouTube, Vimeo, or social media video of your performance (make sure it is set to "Public" or "Unlisted").

  4. The Photo: A high-quality .jpg or .png of yourself or your band.

  5. The Festival: Select which Sanctioned Host Festival you are applying to compete at.

  6. Payment: A credit card or PayPal account for the $25 non-refundable entry fee.
