We are officially inviting you to become a Sanctioned Host for the 2027 National Picker’s Championships. This is more than just a contest; it’s a high-energy, coast-to-coast celebration of acoustic mastery, and we want your event to be the official proving ground for your state.

​

By joining The Picker’s Circuit, you’re not just hosting a competition—you’re joining a premier league of musical heritage. Here’s how we’re going to make 2027 your biggest year yet.

Forget spending hours on graphic design. We maintain the official PickersCircuit.com website and provide you with a full suite of professional advertising content and resources. From high-energy social media templates to "plug-and-play" press releases, we provide the "National Picker’s Championships" branding that tells musicians: "This is the big one."

Massive Visibility (Cross-Promotion) We believe in a "rising tide lifts all boats" philosophy. When you join the circuit, we feature your festival and your local sponsors on our national platform. Send us your high-res logo and a link, and we’ll shout your name to our nationwide audience of pickers and fans. It’s free national exposure for you and your local partners!

Local Stars, National Stakes

  • Your Champions: You handle the prizes for your local top three winners. But the excitement hits a new level when you crown your #1 Overall Winner—they’ll be minted as your state’s official representative and sent to the National Finals in Murfreesboro, TN!

  • Local Promotion: You manage the boots-on-the-ground marketing and local sponsors. Use our pro-grade content to drive record-breaking registration and ticket sales for your event.

We want your champion to feel like the legend they are. While dates are currently being finalized, we are working to secure a Host Hotel/BnB in Murfreesboro to provide two nights of lodging for every state winner. Our goal is to ensure that the journey from your stage to the National stage is as seamless as possible.

We are looking for the best festivals in each region to act as our official qualifiers. Align your event with Nashville Production Studios (NPS) and the American Musical Arts Group (AMAG) to help define the future of American acoustic music.

ALL INFO CAN EITHER BE EMAILED OR UPLOADED ON OUR WEBSITE:

High-resolution Festival Logo (PNG or Vector format)

Links to all official social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

List of local 'Stage Sponsors' logos for national cross-promotion.

Direct web link for festival ticket sales or registration info so we can help cross-promote.

3-5 High-quality photos of the festival grounds or previous year's winners.

A 150-word 'About the Festival' blurb for the Sanctioned Host website page.

Official hashtags used by the event or festival for tracking social engagement.

 

Fill out the Winner’s Report Link: A quick-access link that we will provide for a form to notify us of your Champion the moment they are crowned so we can start promoting them.
